Daniel Libeskind, renowned architect, generously offered his own design for a logo as a gift to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) – the intergovernmental body whose purpose is to place political and social leaders’ support behind the need for Holocaust education, remembrance and research both nationally and internationally. 

Złota 44 is now the highest exclusively residential tower in the European Union. Standing at 192 meters tall, the installation of the final piece of steel now reveals the true shape of Daniel Libeskind’s inspired design.

Daniel Libeskind's Micromegas (1978), made early in the celebrated architect's career and now in the SFMOMA collection, is a conceptual cornerstone of the exhibition, with its early and radical stance to the language of architecture. This deconstructionist approach opened new exploratory avenues for later architects and artists such as Lebbeus Woods, whose large-scale, immersive Conflict Space drawings (2006) will also be on view.
