Daniel Libeskind to Lecture at Shanghai World Expo
Daniel Libeskind is honored to be a featured presenter at the Shanghai World Exposition 2010, "Better City, Better Life", organized by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. The forum "Making Cities Sustainable and Liveable" brings together a panel of policy makers, architects and planners, to share their experience in city planning and urban governance, offering successful case studies from around the world. This forum hopes to provide a look at innovative solution from the strategic level of planning and policy formulation to the level of the actual building design and implementation.
In his presentation Daniel will address the role of architecture and design in contributing to making cities sustainable and liveable. Daniel will highlight some of his current projects in Singapore, Milan, Seoul, and New York.
